Notes : There were no $100 notes printed between 2000 and 2007.
This was due to the possible problems that may have been associated with the Y2K bug, also called Year 2000 bug or Millennium Bug. It was thought that a problem in the coding of computerised systems was projected to create havoc in computers and computer networks around the world at the beginning of the year 2000.
But then, of course, suddenly, nothing happened. There were also no $100 notes printed in 2009.
